Disney Channel's new Jonas Brothers movie entitled Camp Rock, debuted huge Friday night. This TV movie averaged 8.9 million total viewers at 8-10 p.m. Friday, making it the Disney Channel's 2nd-most-watched original movie ever - behind High School Musical 2 (17.2 million) - according to the ratings providers, Nielsen.
However, Camp Rock did outperform the original High School Musical, which debuted in January 2006 to 7.7 million viewers. Can't wait for Camp Rock 2! BTW, i found out that the 3 Jonas Brothers - Nick, Joe, and Kevin, all wear purity rings on their left-hand ring fingers, signifying their promise to stay pure until marriage. Cuteness.
